Shock Oil and Spring Rate QUestions...
1. Do you normally use heavier oil in the front shocks? usually between 5-10 wt difference between front and back?
If so,
2. Do you use the spring with the higher rate on the rear?? or also use the heavier rate in front along with the heavier oil??
3. What's a good starting point as to the position of the CVDs in relation to ride height?? should the CVDs be level with the tranny or should the tranny be a bit lower than the CVDs? if that makes any sense.
4. Same thing with the front, what would be a good starting point??
sorry for the newbie questions, I don't know too much about off road suspension set up, or suspension set up in general
Thank you.

I'm running a Losi XX and an RC10T in the nationals, but I never really got the why's and what's when it came to suspension.

The RC10T should be blue front #2 35wt, silver rear #1 30 wt. Basically a step up in stiffness from a GT or T2.tecnica2001 wrote:I'm running a Losi XX and an RC10T in the nationals, but I never really got the why's and what's when it came to suspension.
