Together again! My Houge RC10.
Here's one of the builds I've been working on. It's pretty close to being the exact same car I had when I was doing VERY well in the local 2WD Stock class at JOROCC except I had a blue Litesink instead of a black one. I was consistently in the stock A main with 50+ 2WD stock car fields. There were weekends where we had a "G" main!!!
Thanks to all who helped me locate parts for the build!!! Anyway, here's the car...

looks great, keith. it's cool putting together cars that you had from childhood.
oh, and if your able to locate just a blue motor plate, i have a mint blue heat sink for one of those if you'd want it.

Looks awesome, dude. Brings back a lot of memories. Now we both have that car again! Still needs that Parma Monster wing with the 3x5" sideboards.
Nice work!

Very stylish, I especially like the comibation of transluscent nylonwheel witht he grp on the all black.
HAve you got any thoughts on a pintscheme yet?
EDIT: jeezes my finger went dislectic again LOL
If I can make a suggestion: no fades, just hard lines, pearl white with metallic black.

Re: Together again! My Houge RC10.
Thanks guys! I'd like to get that body repro'd so I don't feel so bad cutting it since it's the only one I've seen since I started putting the build together. Don't need to think about paint MrEd. I'll be redoing the same paint as my old car.
It'll be non symmetrical pattern with fl red and white separated by a thick blue stripe. You can kind of see what I mean here:

And that blue wave was a fade from a light fluorescent blue to a darker water blue. Was simple, and looked fantastic on the track.

Thanks! When I get around to digging out my VHS tapes, I'll upload some video of my car in action from way back when.
