I just have to share this, as I am as giddy as a school-girl right now. There is a decent chance that I pick up an original '80s RC10 tomorrow morning!! At 50, I have never owned an original new B1, and I don't want to say bucket list, but pretty effing cool! Something like this has always been WAY out of my price range, but maybe, just maybe.

And I know I am jinxing this, and the deal will screw up in the next 15 hours , but with a little luck, tomorrow I will own an unsealed, but never built, Cadillac 6016.

Very Proud Owner! I am usually the next guy in line when these deals pop up, so super excited about this one! And no joke, this was about 4 minutes away from where I was planning to be today. And because of various things going on these days, I haven't paid attention to FBMP in about two weeks, and just happened to look at it out of boredom last night, 45 minutes after the seller posted it. Just super lucky.

Anyone have any suggestions for TPU filament? Brands that work better than others? Any colors within a brand that don't bond as well? I'm planning to start printing my tire inserts instead of buying foams.

This little JG gem has been on FBMP for quite some time, and I have quickly looked at it multiple times, but just figured it was a graphite RC10 with a JG MT conversion on it, and for the price, wasn't worth it to me. But this morning, I looked at it a bit closer, and noticed that not a lot of it actually looked like the MT conversion kit that I have, and actually not a lot of it looked like a RC10. So, I hit up the Google, and ended up at this fantastic little website with all the basic info I needed: https://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?t=36340 I was intrigued, and made an offer I figured the seller would refuse, but nope, offer accepted. Off on a four hour round RC trip I went.


And the great coincidence of it all, this is the same truck as in the thread above. So, 10.5 years later, I introduce this JG SRT to RC10T again. It is quite the smorgasbord of AE, JG, RPM, Houge, and Robinson Racing.

Trying to be good and not spend money, and then things like this pop up. Going to meet up with a guy tomorrow with lots of cars for sale, but this one shelf caught my attention the most, and mainly the blue truck. Hopefully the guy isn't crazy on prices, because the blue truck must come home with me, and I will take any of the others for the right price.
