It looks like we're finally getting 1.02 shafts for the rear shocks in the box so that's a plus. The rear drive shafts look suspiciously short though.
Front wheels are b64 (92095), so I wonder if Jconcepts 3381 will fit? I think this buggy will look better with B4 offset wheels, and if I recall correctly, a B4 rear hub and cvd is all that is required to adapt the rear. Can anyone confirm? I thing the proline velocity (2736-04) could match the front wheels nicely. It is a strange mix of metric screws thrown in with the imperials, I have always resisted using metric on my vintage models.

B4 hub and cvd won't work. The arm isn't long enough.

It has some rare, hard to find bearings

Ah Quality modern AE manual...

Too bad I'm not buying one of these, I could have gone through the build and fixed most of their manual errors like I did for the RC10DS.
Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.

Let's be honest.

The bearings are 6.35 X 9.53 X 3.18 mm.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

I have to keep telling myself it's not the same AE I grew up with.

Mine got stuck today a mile from my house, at the distribution hub. Hopefully tomorrow. Damn UPS.

Team ASSociated are proving it to you every week, so you don't have to tell yourself ;)

You ordered from AE? Amain isn't shipping for a week, or at least they tell me.

Yeah right from AE. Usually I'll order a second one from amain to get some points and save money when I can but they are also a bit behind when AE releases theirs

I just don't like giving AE the retail markup on top of their wholesale. I like giving a good company like amain their profit even at the cost of being a little behind.
