Finally got a few kits from overseas that I ordered last month. Love the oddball stuff
The Tenere uses a transmission and rear suspension much like a holiday buggy but it features a ball diff. Very odd.
The nitro buggy is a Thunder Tiger, possibly 1/10 Challenger? I need to dig a bit more on it.

Got a package from DHawk an aluminum losi front bulkhead for one of my JRXs and some hardcoated aluminum stealth gears for the FR01
Quality looks good and they got here a lot faster than I expected.Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.

Jeff if you ever build up the Tenere I'd love you to do a thread , looks wonderfully odd , kind of reminds me of the Ishipla Monster not because of it's design but because it has so many influences in it's design , beautifully odd , what year is it from ?GoMachV wrote: ↑Sun Mar 02, 2025 6:21 pm Finally got a few kits from overseas that I ordered last month. If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

I'm not really sure, it follows the same rear suspension styling as another Garbo I have but with a ball diff where the other is solid. That one was mid 80s. This is quite the interesting design, as you said borrowing some influences. I'll scan the manual soon even though it's not very detailed.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Much love for my jg SRT came in today. From the same seller, I got a gear cover, trans brace, and decal sheets. And also got in some Fan RC shocks .............. I am going to cheat a little on the shocks.
And yes, one set is black top and the other gold, and that is how they are on the truck, and I have no reason to think they aren't original.

I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.
