RC10DS Advice Needed

I've had this RC10DS in storage for a long time. I want to upgrade the motor, esc and servo. I know I can get good advice from very knowledgeable people on this forum. Any advice would be appreciated. If there are other things that I should look such as gears or suspension please feel free to let me know.

What is the servo that's in it? What type of running are you planning to do? Is there a battery type and size you have in mind? How fast does it need to go?

The servo is a Futaba S3003. I'm only going to use it for speed runs on the street. It's going to need new tires and probably bearings.

Any modern metal gear servo will be fine from budget $40 to high end $140

High amp brushless ESC HOBBYWING BL120 with tuning card (budget) $60

Any high end ESC like Tekin Reedy R1 Yokomo HOBBYWING with WiFi module

3.5 brushless motor any name brand manufacturer

Battery any 2s shorty 5000mah minimum

Tires either stock DS foam wheels/tires (eBay) or Tamiya F104 Belted Rubber Slicks on stock wheels.

Just let it be known that a 3.5 motor is going to be a rocket. Best to drive it some place that is flat and void of curbs or other obstacles

Yes one of my carbon fiber stealth slipper discs would be ideal, he wants a speed run car so he can either ease into the throttle or tune the ESC to be soft at the hit or down low and bring the boost /turbo in through out the run.

If using a fully adjustable esc, I'd do away with the slipper for street runs.
