Thanks pal. I found some aluminum spacers that will work.
I probably received more items packed poorly than I do packed well. Particularly irritating because I'm a vintage hot wheels collector as well as a rc addict, and those should be really easy to pack. No, shipping a $200 hot wheels car in a glorified plastic bag is not acceptable.Lowgear wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2024 7:30 pm I'm tired of getting things shipped improperly. If you can't package an item in a box that needs to be in a box, don't sell it in the first place as you're just asking for trouble. That's my segue into the 1997 Tower Hobbies catalog I got in the mail today which was packed amazingly for once. I've been buying catalogs for a number of years now, and the lack of care and effort is astounding.
Anyone know if the FanRC stealth trans case fits the original RC10 ball diff?Frankentruck wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 6:26 pmThis might be another ugh ...

No it does not fit the original stealth diff. Gotta use the fanRC diff. Or get an original stealth case
The last one that really hurt for me was 5 years ago when I bought several NIP Cirrus CS-80 clear case servos for $20 off eBay which was an amazing deal! What showed up was an empty bubble mailer with a giant hole in it. The seller claimed they had their receptionist package the servos, and they mistakenly sent them via media mail.ZED32 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2024 7:33 pmI probably received more items packed poorly than I do packed well.
