I think maybe the green end bell is what I'm thinking of. Thanks!

I'm a little late but here's another pic of one.

Thanks! In the other pic, the "REVTECH" kinda looks black. If I'm not mistaken, it looks hunter green in your pic. That's what I was thinking it was.

This motor has been stuck in my craw, and I don't mean in the good kinky way. I've never seen one and can't find any info on it. It may be a re-label, and I don't really care, I still like it. Can anyone identify it or at least defunct it? Below is a link with some pics that show it in detail. Unfortunately, I was unable to navigate the delicate politics of botm and my cousin took me by a vote. The clear pic is on the last page. The other pics are with it mounted because I didn't have a easy way to remove it from the car inside the house. I can remove it if it helps. I have a stock wimpy, but it has the typical silver can and black label. This motor has brass bushings but dynos like a mod. It also has the weird purple seal on the tabs which would seem to symbolize a seal that can't be tampered with, or a seal that was tampered with and covered up. Any info is much appreciated.

It looks like a Trinity Green Machine 2. The ones I have are very strong runners.

I suspected that too, just because there aren't exactly a million all green motors out there. It is a ripper! Any clue on the purple seals on the tabs?

For race handout stock motors they used to add a little pookey so the motor couldn't be opened up for tampering without there being evidence.

The black Wimpy I have was the product of a handout race at our local track. It didn't have any sealant on it, but it would have been way before this one came about. I think it was just re-labeled. I don't think Wimpy had any green motors. It would have been a whole lot cooler if they did...

There are a lot of Trinity stock motors that are relabeled for other brands.

Wimpy pimarily used Air Supply teardowns. Stock were typically silver cans. If you want something different then TRD offers a whimsical selection of motors.
