Re: The official "lightweight" chassis thread.
Stopped at a couple of friends houses after sperading some feelers for old parts/cars
ran up on this chassis (covered by 4 others) in a pile heart beat raised about 50bpm, then sank
he could have just drilled holes

Re: The official "lightweight" chassis thread.
ouch. i don't think that was done to make it lighter though... well, i guess it would be lighter with no rear end.
here's one i just got with another i wanted in an ebay lot. drilled with the krylon treatment.

Re: The official "lightweight" chassis thread.
gotta give these ones credit for the seriously straight and aligned holes and neat cutting. i'm sure they'd be tacos with one run but they both look pretty cool.Asso_man! wrote:

These weren't originally RC10 chassis right? (i guess that's obvious with the nose and chassis being all one piece) They look like they were made from some pretty thick aluminum.

I don't know, I think he would need to pay me more than that to take them off his hands.a01butal wrote:Now available for all to bid on. Please someone give these poor guys a home.
