in 1992 Team Losi's continual effort of improving their Jrx2 1/10 2wd electric off-road buggy would culminate with the release of its third iteration, the JRx Pro SE. Very nearly a new car the SE boasted a number of revisions over the Pro that were taken from the 1991 ROAR championship winning prototype. This started with the lighter and narrower molded composite chassis that featured a two-position adjustable wheelbase and front bulkhead reinforcing upper brace. The lower a-arm/turnbuckle camber link front suspension would benefit from longer swept style arms that increased total width by .125 inches while retaining the inline steering blocks and axles from the JRx Pro. The h-arm/turnbuckle camber link rear suspension was carried over fully intact from the JRx Pro however dampening on the SE would be handled by Team Losi's new Hard Body oil-filled coilover shocks with adjustable collars, updated seals and hard anodized finish. Short shocks would take their place in the front with extra-long shocks in the rear, both supported by redesigned black fiberglass shock towers. Losi even improved the tie-rod ends which were now longer and capable of greater operating angles. The ball-diff, Low Rotating Mass, transmission with its aluminum motor mount was refined with more resilient, higher temp gears and updated slipper clutch designed to work in combination with Losi's new Hydra-Drive traction control system. . Telescoping universal joint axles led to 2in Losi Logo rear wheels with HT X-pattern tires with 2.1in Losi Logo front wheels and HT Staggered tires, all spinning on full bearings. A new Slim-Line clear lexan body was included in the kit which was sold without radio and electronics:

Re: Team Losi JRx Pro SE
Fun fact: The Pro SE body is recommended for use on the RPM Ultra Molded Worlds buggy which has some similarities to the Pro SE chassis design.
