Vintage motor identification? (pic)

Need some help ID'ing this vintage motor. "The Storm"

Anyone ever have one of these? Never seen one before, and no luck with any info online.

It was either a Twister or a Quarterflash 27 turn stock motor.

[edit: It should say By Quarter Flash on the label]

It's a Quarter Flash. Mine says it on the corner of the decal.

Mine uses a Yokomo SP can and measures 38° of timing on my Fantom jig.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Yep. This one states "by Quarter Flash" down in the lower corner as well. So it's a 27T stocker?
