Anyone have a Kyosho Pro-X/XRT gear cover TBG could replicate?
Trying to help out Team Blue Groove locate a Pro-X / Pro-XRT gear cover they could reproduce, and of course they will return it. TBG just released their Pro-XRT reproduction body. I have a set of Pro-XRT wheel covers I plan on sending them soon to reproduce as well.
If anyone has a gear cover and is willing to help out, please reply. Thanks

Just throwing it out there, there is a cad file for that cover and it could be used for making a tool- Boki just did something similar for me with a body mold.

Perfect. TBG did also mention they could replicate from a 3d printed copy. Big thanks Jeff.

If you know someone with Solidworks that can turn that CAD file into a high polygon count STL file, I could 3D print it. I can't do anything with a Solidworks file though.

I saved it as a STL and STEP, not sure how long this link will last but...

I think I fixed the permissions now as well, so it should download without my approval

That is a printable STL (although you probably already know that).

I just exported it from fusion as a STL, I always use STEP files for everything. Didnt even really look at the STL.

Ed, will you be able to print that and mail to me? If so, I'll wait to send TBG my spare set of ProXRT wheel covers until then.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 11:33 am That is a printable STL (although you probably already know that).
