I will take a stab at this as I am not 100% familiar with the RC10T variations. If you are buliding an RC10T Team Truck, then Hard Anodized are the correct shocks to use (1.02 F and 1.32 R). I know the RC10T Sport came with Gold Anodized shocks but I can't remember if this kit ever came with white suspension arms (I know it came with black suspension arms for sure). I am sure that there is someone on this board who knows this for sure.

The sport or the later versions with 3 hole front, 4 hole rear towers & 2 hole front arms
came with gold 1.02/1.32 shocks with black plastic caps--Only the team trucks came with the
H/A shocks with alum caps--if I remember correctly (I should know I have 6 of the darn things) mid and end run team trucks came with H/A shocks & plastic caps
