Finally found a pair of the special Adam Drake wheels for my XXX-NT AD1. Now I ”just“ got to find the rears. These are so hard to come by.

Welcome to this new world (because for sure, compared to a lot of printers out there, it's another world)!

A really nice Monster came my way this weekend. Well, nice condition at least.
The Hornet body isn't quite the same but no need to get in a rush replacing it.
I still have plans to make my own version, but it's great to have the original "What were they thinking?!?!" kluge buggy too.
. . . .
<edit>...and in today's mail, a shiny rebuilt 240ST came my way. Thanks Jerry!

I love this truck, but don’t crash it. Parts are getting a bit scarce.

Appreciate the warning. It will only be a shelf build. I bought a nitro conversion for it on eBay because the price was low. So I had to buy the truck.CustomCarbon wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2023 10:22 pm I love this truck, but don’t crash it. Parts are getting a bit scarce.

Some 3D printed goodness from Frankentruck. Traxxas TRX battery boxes & straps, and FXT wheels. Much thanks Ed.
Recent stop at the local HobbyTown. Was going to pick up all their remaining old stock of 10mm AE shock kits (they had decent amount), but of course someone beat me to it. That's what I get for snoozing on it.

Linear servos. It's sad we don't have them in modern times. EMS made some conversions back in the 2000s for a s148. It makes so much more sense.

It is odd that we don't; we have screw drive garage door openers.
