Anyone know a name for this type of block / fuse? Having a time trying to find it.............

That’s an old Race Prep battery/motor connector. The first version was orange and the second version was green.

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
MSP RC coming out with stamped aluminum chassis. Per their site, all three pieces should only be $130 total.

RC Fan is also working on a stamped chassis.

Someone whip up a quality trans and tires, and we can be building these things off the shelf in less than a year.

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
I like how MSP is laser engraving their name on them to differentiate from the originals.
I get a "This page isn't available" from the second link.
I'm curious how AE (Thunder Tiger?) feels about people profiting off their intellectual property. Not worth their time?

If they'd make us some parts, we wouldn't have to get them elsewhere.
Just saying. Since a few companies are selling replacement RC10 parts, there is clearly a market.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

I completely agree. I was just wondering with the way everyone goes after each other these days over the smallest thing. It made me think about the Tamiya debacle with their manuals, and even me with wanting to scan publications.

You would think that 1/2 Sub-C cells would be in the ballpark of 1/2 the size of Sub-C cells.

Maybe they only give 1/2 the power in a 2/3 sized cell. If they really were 1/2 sized, just imagine how many cells this could end up using!

Re: Bored? Come To The Chit / Chat Thread
This confuses me. It seems like either front tires, or even front wheels & tires were stuck on the rear just to rush together an "assembled" chassis to sell. Would there ever be a reason to use ribs in the rear?

I've seen that sort of weirdness before.... my Schumacher Nitro 4x4 came with ribs all round..... so, basically, no drive. I thought of a reason once..... but it wasn't a good reason, so I dismissed itFrankentruck wrote: ↑Sun Sep 17, 2023 8:38 am This confuses me. Tamiya Stadium Blitzer front arms, knuckles, wheels/tires, etc. suspension on a Rustler. That's weird.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Sun Sep 17, 2023 8:38 am This confuses me.
