They've been on solid food for a few days now , Em has just about had enough now They have teeth but she still feeds them a bit .
Took this while out walking , I think Riggs needs to wash his snow cammo

She got a Reindeer for Christmas that she quickly ripped the stuffing out of. My daughter tossed it and it landed on her back the other night. I don't think she knew it was there...

My neighbor's 15 year old Shepherd, Chip. I looked after him at their place most weekends for the past 10 years while they visited their 2 daughters. He had to be put down for multiple health issues a couple of weeks ago. He was a good buddy. Head the size of a horse. He would eat rib bones like they were potato chips.

I lost my Sadie in late July after 12 years. She was my best friend and I miss her very much.

Dogs choose to spend their lives with us , every time you let them off the lead and they stay with you they show you that it's a mutual affection .

Sorry about your buddy passing, it definitely hurts when the time comes. When my wife's first dog Misty got sick with an autoimmune disease (she already had her when we first met), I had to take her to vet to get put down. And man did watching her go down hit me really hard, I balled like a sissy little school girl. I still get teared up thinking about it.

I honestly don't mean to be unaffectionate at all. I have/had a few dogs which I strongly care for and love on a certain level, but I'll never feel nor have love for a pet as I do for my own child, not even remotely close. I honestly feel it's absurd if someone does.

Two swiss white shepards and a sheltie at home, and a wife which is pretty strict about the way we feed the dogs... Every 6 weeks, it's half a day of preparation for their food in whole prey model... That's this morning, and the main reason i'm not working on the Big Bear chassis...


We could get prepared portions, but the economies done doing this way is participating to finance our hobby activities...
