Spare parts Clod

Post by BillKrueger »

I had a bunch of spare parts from my days owning many clods, so I decided to build one. Only parts I purchased were esc, servo and wheels (why are they only available in chrome?).

Old parts on here are Apm chevy bumper, Duratrax v-spike & diamond spikevtires, RC Midwest reat cantilevers and front upper shock mounts, parma chevy stepside body, Monster Mash 2 motors. Side rails were scrap 5050 led track and I 3d printed lower shock mounts and chassis braces.

Really happy with this build and amazed how much power those 30 year old motors have!

I'm a huge fan of the diamond spikes! My other clod is rocking a full set. I need to find a way to clean up these old Duratrax tires.

Wow, that came out nice. Always cool when you build something up from basically nothing.
