Not quite. Fiberglass, FRP type material. It does, however have a carbon-ish look.

And I can tell you that through about 6-8 hours of e-research, that link was the only mention/visual of an EX-10 that I found while looking to purchase, just running every single search option I could come up to get to this car. And the fact that this one is also on a (assumed) Hot Trick chassis makes me wonder if the limited number that were made were all on Hot Trick chassis. And when I compare it to a Viper Pro-10, I want to say it is earlier because of the springs vs. single shock, but the complexity of the rear pod suspension is well more advanced than the Pro-10. When you put this car next to any other early pan car out there, it just seems crazy complex next to everything else IMO.
