I actually didn't pre order one of these I decided I would just wait until they were available. Hopefully Amain takes care of it for you.

Re: Optima Mid RERE
Just checked a second ago, Amain and HobbyTown are both "out of stock" and now on back order. This makes Kyosho as a company seem even more unpleasant/undesirable to me. Having a pre-order take nearly 6 months, then once it hits shelves it's "out of stock" in less than 24 hours. I'd assume there's plenty of behind-the-scenes issues/struggles within the company that's causing difficulties getting product out-the-door, but it's still a kick in the nads to consumers.
I'm now looking more forward to the Schumacher Cougar Classic at the moment.

Re: Optima Mid RERE
Same here. Amain charged my card the moment I pre-ordered. They held my money for months before the order was cancelled then promptly refunded.
For what it's worth, my body, wheels and bumper arrived from Kyosho yesterday.
Seems odd to be able to buy parts before the car is actually being shipped.
Everything about this is just plain weird!

Back in stock as of yesterday? Just FYI, it was never in stock prior to yesterday. And when it finally showed up "in stock" yesterday, it lasted about 16 hours or so before going to "Back order" status.

Right. That's another thing that seems bass ackwards and just plain screwed up regarding this re-re deal. It just makes Kyosho look like a cluster #uck... to me anyway.

Re: Optima Mid RERE
I pointed out that the body/undertray mounts for the lwb cars were moulded into one of the sprues, and pointed out that this was a big indication that a lwb Mid must be in the works. As this got a positive response from Akira Kogawa it's guaranteed at least one lwb Mid is on the way.

Re: Optima Mid RERE
Parts for the Mini JRX2 were available before the cars were released.
I wonder if a holdup on a specific part is what caused the delay. Perhaps something had to be corrected before the cars were sent out.
