I just got off the phone with Eustace from MIP, who remembered me luckily, and long story short he does not think there are enough buyers for Legends kits to make it worthwhile for his large operation: However, he gave me his blessing to reproduce them, and said if I had a question, etc. just give him a call-By all accounts, a really nice chap, for sure. He could not forward scematics since they were not digital then, and he'd have to dig up the papers, so suggested I borrow a car from a member & reverse engineer it, so that's the way to do it. All he asked is that I not call it a MIP product, fair enough! So in the future I shall refer to the product as 'Oswald'.
Anyway, it all comes down to: Who trusts me enough to send a complete car with a complete, mint Legends kit for a while? Belted, I think, is best, but inform me about any different versions, etc. so I can make the right one. I am very serious & trustworthy, as you can tell by my avatar, so you won't even have to check Ebay while I have your car. I can't PROMISE these, but it'd take a major hurdle not to do 'em, and I don't think that'll be a prob. Chris REC
I've shipped mine to you, you can keep it when finished:
Seriously though, I wouldn't want to risk to ship it but I'm ready to take any measurement for you. This is a 4-10 Legend kit (only missing the front belt tensionner) more pics here: http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=4810&start=0

here, here. I'm playing catch up on this thread (had given up on it a long time ago). Definitely fair to say that I'll be in line too for one (provided it doesn't retail at current Ebay prices...). My preference (in case it matters to know) would be for the ealier kit - Shodog's kit , I believe (but preferably with the parts in the earlier white colour), but it would presumably need the tranny to be repro-d too....

I would like a kit or two, depending on the price. I have a set of your wheels on my Scorpion. Super sexy high quality stuff. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Thats good to know. One of mine are bent. I have not had the nads to bend it back in fear I will do more harm than good. Part of the reason my kit isn't built. They must of been reading the threads.
What is the going rate for a RC10 MIP 4wd kit these days? Just curious....i might have one hiding in my closet. Its installed on the RC10, but was only ran a couple times and I have the box and a new belt as well. Just a curiosity question.
