Not sure the make of the cage on the rc10 sprint car, but it looks like a tq10 chassis.

Could be a Frewer body on anything, but by the looks of it, I'd say it's a Hirobo Peugeot 205... of course, that's without seeing the chassis.

Interesting gear box there looks like a mms 4wd layshalft but only running the 2 rear wheel belts. Something pretty custom overall looking at the rear engine layout……. Can’t wait to see the rest

Hey Losi the traxxas looks more likely to be a hawk/ eagle with ls rear conversion, the ls had a different chassis and the ls 2 also had a different chassis within a solid battery box and chassis top plate.

Thx-3 might know a little more.

Hey Losi the traxxas looks more likely to be a hawk/ eagle with ls rear conversion, the ls had a different chassis and the ls 2 also had a different chassis within a solid battery box and chassis top plate.

Yeah that looks like a Blue Eagle. The original TRX-T Eagle came with gold shocks and a terrible transmission. There was a conversion kit that came out for the Eagle while Traxxas updated the kits to the Blue Eagle. Then they came out with the LS (long Suspension) conversion (and complete model kit with wider chassis deck). I believe the the LS II would have the wider plate chassis (still with 30° kick) with upper front deck, etc. The LS II was the last offering before the Eagle line was replaced with the SRT.

So in my estimation, you have an early Blue Eagle given the transmission in conjunction with the blue shocks and narrower Eagle style chassis.

All these conversions and kit updates / iterations occured quite rapidly iirc. Within a year or two after the Eagle was released.

Does that truck have very dished wheels? I ask because the LS conversion kit came with the very dished wheels with increased offset to acheive the LS track width. I mean the original owner may have been an Eagle upgrading maniac and put two conversions on it and purchased the blue shocks when they came out. Or upgraded to hard anodized teflon coated bodies with blue caps. I guess if the transmission mounting holes in the chassis look "factory" or not could be an indicator of upgraded Eagle vs. Blue Eagle kit.

Thanks, that pic was from a lot of parts I just bought. The seller took a pic of just arms and the diffs and them a box of stuff. I love me a grab bag so hopefully I find something useful to me in there. If not I got Lazer diffs but no Lazer lol

Ahhh very interesting! Didn't know of this conversion. I'll get better pics once I get my hands on it. Thanks for all the insight!
