Re: Kyosho Scorpion spare parts.
The inner hole will be 3.17 mm , that should help as its a standard pinion size and its a 10 tooth , the only thing i cant help with is the gear pitch , its probably 0.8 mod so try searching ebay for 10 tooth 0.8 mod pinion and there should be a ton of hits , hopefully someone can chime in if its not 0.8 mod .
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Re: Kyosho Scorpion spare parts.
I messured the axle shaft to 3.97mm so 4 mm it is.
I have 2 old Scorpions and this is the part that have the most were and tear so i think i cant be the only one with this problem.

Re: Kyosho Scorpion spare parts.
Makes me wonder if the entire gearbox from a re-re will swap in.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Jonas, are you looking for the the top shaft gear inside the trans?
Edit: had to do a quick double check of the manual. The top shaft/final pinion gear is part number SC-83 and there's some on eBay(not my auction): https://www.ebay.com/itm/112085974525?hash=item1a18d83dfd:g:U8AAAMXQDnpTXFPe

Re: Kyosho Scorpion spare parts.
Sorry if I confused the issue , commonly the gear on the motor is referred to as the pinion

If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Re: Kyosho Scorpion spare parts.
Thank you!
I will go for the E-bay option. From what I can see it looks exactly the same
My instruction manual don't have the number you refered to thou, but mine is a Swedish translation so maybe diffrent countries have diffrent systems?
Thank you all for the support.
