Novak RX Antenna Wire
Has anyone found a source for a exact or close copy of the green Novak antenna wire? I need to restore a few RX's.

Re: Novak RX Antenna Wire
I also need to find some green wire. With Radio Shack gone, it feels like there's a void in the electronics repair world. I've got a receiver coming with only a nub remaining and I'd like to fix it right.

Re: Novak RX Antenna Wire
I've ordered some 24awg and 26awg green, stranded wire from Pololu. After testing the Rx, it seems to work well. It appears someone has purposely added a connector to. Any idea who makes (made) this gold plated connector? If I can find a mating fitting, that might be an option rather than soldering the new wire directly to the circuit board.

Re: Novak RX Antenna Wire
Deans loaded antennas come with a gold plated connector, could be what they were using.

Re: Novak RX Antenna Wire
I picked up a Deans antenna to try out. I'm not sure that what I got is the right model with the right antenna length, but it might be good enough. If not, the wire I ordered is a good color match and 26 AWG seems like the right size.
