MIP Pack Pads

I love these old MIP pack pads. However they are very difficult to find. I've only managed to find 2.

I've really wanted to find a black one with red, blue, and silver lettering. I saw a RC10 with this colorway, and have been searching for it ever since.

I decided to try making one. This material is rubber, not foam. I need to find a better way to color the letters, but the rest looks pretty similar. I copied the original dimensions and cut it by hand. I also replicated the perforated square on the right side of the pad. Does anyone know why this is there on the originals?
