RCCA March edition - Retro
The March issue of RCCA has a cool Retro section - car descriptions (RC10, Bruiser, Hotshot and more), Pit Tips, as well as old Rc ads.
For those that know Nigel, there is a very good article on his miniature reproductions

NEVER shoulda thrown them out!!!
I miss that stack more than Luke Duke missed his "ten years wortha car magazines" that were in the outhouse when Bo blew it up with the explodin' arrow
Well I guess technically Luke blew it up. But his ding dang cousin put the real dynamite on the arrow.

Re: RCCA March edition - Retro
March issue came in the mail last week but haven't opened it yet. Looking forward to it. February issue got me dead hooked on getting the Tamiya TC-01 Formula E Gen2 car. First time I've ever had interest for an on-road car.

Re: RCCA March edition - Retro
I read this issue of RCCA faster than any other issue I've read in a long time.

I have the real first issue.. and a complete RCCA collection of the first 10 years..1986-96. A gold mine of the golden era of R/C! The ads are just as cool as the articles..

It would definitely be awesome to see yours scanned because when RCCA did their scans they pretty much removed most of the advertisements.BattleTrak wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 10:14 pm I have the real first issue.. and a complete RCCA collection of the first 10 years..1986-96. Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.
Hey Cru ! Go balls out

Agreed, I miss seeing the ads too! Still use them as research material.MarkyDents wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 8:12 pmIt would definitely be awesome to see yours scanned because when RCCA did their scans they pretty much removed most of the advertisements.BattleTrak wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 10:14 pm I have the real first issue.. and a complete RCCA collection of the first 10 years..1986-96.
