Upside Down Front Shocks

Post by JackOTrades »

I have seen a lot of RC10T's with the front shocks mounted upside down.

What's the deal with this?

Is this a bad solution to leaky seals?

Improved performance?

Performance wise it's technically worse as your increasing the unsprung weight..... bad for an offroad vehicle....

Not sure about the 10t but its usually leaky shocks , started with Tamiya rough riders probably , you see a lot of them with inverted shocks .
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
A problem shared is a problem halved but an advantage shared is no advantage at all.
