Resonable replacement for 6274 ball joints

I have a few that are trashed so I wanted to replace several. I have found only a couple for sale on ebay. Is there a newer model that's close? I noticed that the 7230's are way too long.

They aren't out of production, just out of stock at the moment. I just bought some last week.

If using the original turnbuckles (short thread), there aren't many options. If you can find them, I think Custom Works 8130 might be the same thing.
