Andys, houge, and A&L goodness.
Figured id throw my prized possession up on here. As far I know it has about everything you can get from Andy's including the pro kit, early houge trailing arms, and A&L lethal Weapon belt transmission. Im not exactly sure exactly what to do with it... I kinda want to leave it like it is and do parade laps at the track for vintage events.

I've actually got the buggy together to have it functional with a cheap brushless setup (3300kv, 2s) just so I can drive the buggy around. If I chose to run it at events I'll try to go as period correct as possible with the electronic and source some wheels and tires. The current ones are losi stuff.

Cool vintage buggy. Unfortunately it's missing some Andy's parts and is not a complete Pro Race kit.
- As you pointed out the trailing arms mounts and arms are Houge. Andy's mounts are lower profile, and the trailing arms are a similar design but made out of a composite material
- Rear bulkhead, castor block, and steering blocks appear to be AE
- I can't tell from the angle what the shock towers are, but that rear looks too short and doesn't look like an Andy's cut on top
Again, very cool build. Hopefully you fix those loose universal bone ends and give it a good cleaning.

Yes I need to find some universals. Where would be a good place to look?

I believe that he meant putting them back in the transmission.MiniTrucker wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 9:41 pm Yes I need to find some universals. Where would be a good place to look?

That was when I first brought it home. The car is fully functional but the universals have some where on them and getting thin. Before I plan on actually running it ill need to find another set so one doesn't break.

ASC 6371 is the part that you have. They surface on ebay once in a while. I sold my 4 spare sets last month, so I currently cannot offer one unless I pull them off my Pro Race.MiniTrucker wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 9:41 pm Yes I need to find some universals. Where would be a good place to look?
