Rough shape and missing parts.
I haven't pulled the diff apart yet but initially it feels OK.
Tires and wheels pretty well used up, broken bumper.
It came with no servos, MSC or ESC, receiver or body.

Soak it in a tub of bamboo oil and it should be good as new again.

Got a few more parts for my Sad Panda .

Body with decals, drivers tray and roll bar came in about a week ago.
Wheels and driving lights came in today.
Already had a pair of front tires, still searching for similar to OEM rear tires.
Ordered and waiting on new shocks to arrive.
Soon Sad Panda will be a little "happier".

I almost bought one of these as a kid but went with the Cox Bandido (Kyosho) instead.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Sad Panda has gotten quite a bit happier

Complete tear down and thorough cleaning.
New old stock body , decals, driver's seat/compartment, shocks and wheels. Panda branded receiver and Futaba servo and 210 ESC.
Front tires are a fairly good match to the originals and the rears are Hornet tires. Hard to find very many 1.5" tires.

I've pretty well checked the instructions but this little Panda has a incredible amount of bump steer that I just can't get out.
May well be just the suspension design. Oh well goin' up on a stand at any rate.

Took it for a spin and it brought back memories.

Nicely done looks like new !
