Cobra Moto-Smooth

Post by Basher67 »

Recently acquired this in a collection I bought. I've only ever seen their com lathes and tire lathes. Never heard of one of these. Searched for a while and came up with nothing. Some kind of motor conditioner. Seems to work fine, not sure of what it was supposed to accomplish.

Ha! I have one too. Just tried it out last week. Got it in a big lot of stuff.
As far as I can tell it was for bushing break in and maybe brush seating? Otherwise all it does is run the motor?
Kinda fun to play with. May use it to just test my old brushed motors to make sure they function.

Is there anything inside the box or is it all on the front ?
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
