YZ-10? YOK 850C? Can someone help id?

Hi all, found this tidy car but confused about its origins.
I didnt think the YZ-10 had an upper deck, but this one does also it has gold anodised shocks which i thought was team associated? If i remember right yokomo has a purply blue anodising on its shocks?
Came some replacement rpm carriers and bulkheads bug im still a little reluctant to race it.
I remember those magnesium diff housings snapping apart pretyy easy in a crash.
Did manage to source a new shell and undertay

I’m positive that is a YZ10/870C (I struggle with differences between the two). I think the top deck is an aftermarket Jammin Jay part designed for the car. I would agree with you on the shocks, the original came with the blueish shocks but this could be one of the YZ10/870C differences that I am not aware.

I don’t think the Fastrax shell (if that is what it is?) will fit the chassis, the chassis is too wide in the front, the Fastrax shell is designed to fit Works 91 and later versions of the YZ10.

Its a JC products YZ-10 shell, they also sell wheels in 2.2"

Ah fair play, it looks very similar to the Fastrax shell
