Possible XXT CR G+
I may have stumbled on a XXT-CR Graphite Plus. It's hard to tell from the pics but all the A-arms have graphite stamped on them. I can't see it on the front shock tower or the chassis brace, but the material and grain in the parts look consistent with some graphite parts I have when compared.
The question I have is the chassis brace and servo cover. They don't have the "bubble" like my other XXT's do, where the battery brace would attach. Looking at the XXT, XXT-CR and XXT-CR G+ manual it shows to have them. Any idea why?

Here are a few more and I circled the "bubbles" in question. I say bubbles cause I don't know what you would call them.

Thanks for the reply. I've looked at that manual and that's what has me confused. All the XXT manuals show the "bubbles" with the battery brace, but some losi's came with the velcro battery straps and I can't find a manual to show that.

Re: Possible XXT CR G+
Both of the pieces in question look non Graphite to me. They look to be of the plastic material used on the first generation of XX/XXT. On this first generation, the battery was held in by 2 bands of velcro, not a battery bar. Therefore the post (bubble) were not a part of this design. The truck does not need the forward post for body attachment.
It's likely the truck was crashed, and these parts were brand replaced with earlier generation pieces.

Correct, the one with the hinge was for a body clip the other was for a clip for a battery hold down bar I belive.

Re: Possible XXT CR G+
The more I think about it.....only the buggy would need that bubble so I don't really know if that part was made for the buggy and just happen to fit the truck?

Re: Possible XXT CR G+
The more I look at the front bubble it looks like someone cut it off. I think losi made that piece to fit both the buggy and truck and it was interchangeable. I also think this might have been a first gen XXT and had some graphite upgraded parts added to it over time. Thanks everyone for the help.
