XX4 Shelfer

Hey guys -- working on an XX4 shelf build and could use some guidance. Trying to decide which shock and spring combo to use. I'm definitely partial to the black shock bodies with HG collars, but not sure about spring color. Orange is a nice contrast with all the Trinity parts, but the blue springs look ok too.

Any thoughts?

Great looking XX4. I'm jealous of your Trinity servo mount. I am still looking for one for my XX4. It's one of the last pieces I need.

I am partial to either the threaded bodies with Trinity collars, or the grey bodies. As for spring color, I say Blue or Pink. They are both classic Losi colors.

Your Trinity rear hubs are XXX series, and that is why they are a lighter shade of BK lue.

Ahh... that's why the rear camber is all screwy. I've got the wrong hubs. Took me forever to find 'em and they're the wrong part!

I agree with Lavigna about stock losi colors on the springs but think that blue is just too much blue. The more I look at it I like the orange for the contrast. I'm an Illini fan though so it just makes sense to me
