Working on the Stealth trans now need to swap the shaft to the other side and put some bearings in her........................

Rolling chassis is complete need a different scale very curious how light, my scale stops at 500g.

UPDATE

Major update on weights, acquired a 4 corner scale and got some new numbers. Above numbers are invalid and I will edit accordingly.


Fully loaded with all electronics and battery minus body

1140 grams or 2.57 pounds

RTR body weighs 165 grams
1305 grams or 2.87 pounds

My 68 camaro mid mount DS that I run now is 1624 grams or 3.58 pounds.

On the scales:

Went to the first SDRA Drag Racing TNT for the new season and the DS did quite well. Mind you I have never ran foam tires before dont know how to prep them and all the other things that go along with it lucky for me all the guys there are very helpful. Borrowed some tire sauce, cleaner and went at it..........................

First 3 passes went great slowly crept up with the timing and brought the punch up to max on the first 3 passes, tried something different on the last pass with the suspension and gave it more timing that didnt go so well off the line with the suspension mods...........................................

1st pass: 2.81 seconds @ 50.2 mph Punch level- 7 Timing- 0*
2nd pass: 2.42 seconds @ 49.7 mph Punch level- 9 Timing- 3.75*
3rd pass: 2.39 seconds @ 54.2 mph Punch level- 9 Timing- 7.50*
4th pass: hard right............
