MIP Help...
Plenty going on recently with MIP 4X builds...so I dug through my parts boxes and also made a recent trade to try to come up with all parts required for 3 different 4x builds ...
here is the list of what I have, as well as a picture below that does not have the part numbers:
4-10 kit parts (all "100" numbers):
100 belt x3
102a stub axle w pin x2
102b dog bone x2
104 hardware
105 mipet
106 rollers
107 1 way housing
108 outdrives
109 rr drive gear/shaft
113 25 degree spindles
119 19t drive pinion
121 slipper hardware
122 slipper hub
123 slipper mippet
--------------------
RC10 4wd kit parts: (all SP numbers)
23 guide cover
24 cases
25 pinion drive
30 outdrives
31 drive axle
32 coupling drives
33 coupling block and shaft
35 spindles
34 carriers
36 diff kit
45 belt drive
50 steel gears incl sp20, sp8
I got these groups of parts from different buys/trades...they each seem to have different part numbers on parts that look to serve the same purpose between the kits. I have seen that there are at least three different MIP 4x kits for the RC-10 so I could use some help determining exactly what I have, exactly what I need and would certainly be interested in a breakdown of the differences between kits, the timeline, and the improvements...
with regards to parts that I am missing, I am a buyer or trader for these as well....
MIP developments are so much a part of improving the RC-10, they almost warrant their own section on the board... I'd love to see a technical reference section...
Thanks in advance...

Re: MIP Help...
Those bits look familiar Ron - so does that bench!!
All you need is the front gearcase moulding and front uprights, front alloy blocks (if you are fitting to the RC10) and you are there for the cable kit - as you already have the rear gearbox. You will also need the bearings of course!
I have spare belts for Jase if he needs them. Also still have a number of parts for the belt and cable kits.
Cheers
Darryn

Re: MIP Help...
I offered him one NIB (sealed bag) for $150. I don't think that is a lot (neither did shodog if I remember correct), but Joey said no. I would not sell my NIB one anymore. But I do have the belt and pulleys from aconsola's car...scr8p wrote:joey's been looking for an sp-45 for as long as i can remember.Erich Reichert wrote:hey baron, If you're looking to unload any of that stuff i know joeyskates was looking for sp-45 belt drive.

Re: MIP Help...
I have the alloy blocks (just found).
I recently got a set of front uprights in trade - so they are out there.
The toughest bit will be the front gearbox - but ask and you shall find.
