Hi all

Thought Id start getting some pictures up of my schumacher collection starting with my NIB cougar 2 "team", hope you alll like
I also have a NIB Bosscat & the much rarer Cougar 2 "WORKS" NIB I'll get some pictures done over the coming weeks

Ok.. it's not an old Cougar :lol: Delivered this morning ready for building this weekend.

I think this must be the first alloy chassis Schumacher since the Cougar 2, i'm looking forward to racing her this weekend. My slightly older SV will now be...

Thanks guys, i've had a few runs around the garden with it, but it's not going to be raced for a couple of weeks as i'm racing on-road for the next couple of weekends.

How do these go against the others like the B4, XXX, 22 & etc

I don't know where Scott gets all his lovely NIB Schumacher kits but I've got to agree, a C2Works NIB must be one of the rarest things out there. It's a great car that I'd love to have new in box.

In some ways I hate NIB kits as I'd love to make...

I dont have any knowledge of Schumacher cars, What model is this and how rare are they? Im working on a deal and dont know what to offer lol.

The alloy pan is that of the Topcat/Cougar as can be seen by the holes where the laydown shocks used to mount to the chassis. By the time Cougar2 chassis were around im almost certain these holes were deleted.

Rear bulkhead is ofcourse Cougar2 as...

Ok, I got this Schumacher Cougar in a trade, It came with a bunch of parts but i have a few questions, First is was their a sale on flathead screws??? grrrr....

Three diffs that came with the car, the one on the left...

The rear bulkhead on my TopCat didn't have those two ribs either side of the central 'lump', nor the notch for a battery bar... i'm not sure if this bulkhead would have carried over into the early Cougar kits or whether your 'revised' bulkhead came...

Introduced by Schumacher in 1991 the Cougar 2 could be had in three models, Sport, Team, and Racing, all underpinned by a formed aluminum chassis and ball differential equipped transmission.

This is one of the most under-rated cars of all time. I switched from a Top Cat to a Losi XX at the time, so I never had a Cougar bitd. Decades later, I picked up a Cougar 2 Team and was blown away by how good it was. :D

Purchased this recently as used. Came with about 6 sets of tires that are all good and a plethora of extra parts including a new diff.

Spent some money getting it all fixed up to my liking. Should be ready to race very soon.

I simply got a sv2 off the discussion and running indoor 17.5 in Chico yet having an issue with the part number U3665 impending fixed and all the shock out drains out of the stock.
