LOSA1003 Front Bulkhead in Pink?

I just bought one off Ebay. Did I get a repacked dyed white one or did they ever actually make a pink one? I took the chance having never seen one and at $35 not a big gamble. Will post pics when it shows up. I think every rare JRX2 part has passed through my hands at one point so I'd be surprised if real but who knows.

It is in original package and labeled Front Bulkhead NXT/GTX so later than JRx2 era.

I'd be willing to bet that's a pink sabula tech printed bulkhead that's been repackaged. They never did pink for sure

Hopefully it's just dyed, but it looked grainy to me, like a print. I was also trying to see the logo area better, hard to tell in the plastic

Funny you were looking at it too. Not surprising. I sold my Losi stash about a year ago and of course now got the bug again and buying some stuff back for twice what i sold it. Hardly the 1st time or last of course I've done that.

I regret most selling ,my NIP original X2 wheels in all colors. Not long ago they were $15-25 a bag. Not so much these days. Something about early Losi to me screams for wild colors.

Sabula tech printed Jrx bulkheads?? I've never seen those mentioned anywhere before. I've also never seen a pink Losi one. Maybe a white NIP that was left in the sun, or had some other chemical reaction? Curious

Not 3D printed, those are original dyed Losi bulkheads before they got discontinued.
When we started working on the XX bulkhead you could still get these from Losi. Then about the time we had the mold being made for XX they ran out and Losi said they didn't plan on making any more.

Extra note, we tried a 3d printed one. If you are a good driver and alone on track it was fine. But if you are bad driver or around other bad drivers then it was way to fragile.

I got it, yes a dyed regular one. Does appear to be new at least. Pretty misleading Ebay though I suspected all along and took the chance.


Mitymac, recall what brand and color dye you used in case I wanted to match some stuff to it?
