Nice wings, I have been doing smoked salmon lately.
Wings are a better choice.

Re: What's for dinner?
This was actually about 3 weeks ago, but with the weekend coming in fast I figured a little inspiration was in order. Bacon wrapped, cream cheese and cheddar stuffed smoked jalapenos. I didn't mean to make that many. It didn't look like that much in the cart.
I can't decide what to do this weekend.

Re: What's for dinner?
I meant to post this the day after Tgiving, but forgot, or was too lazy, or passed out... or something. Leftover turkey, mozzarella, cheddar and bacon panini. Best use for leftover turkey.

Both of those look so tasty, I have a press as well and I do not use it as often as I should.

Sorry, on a Panini kick. Italian Ham and Cheese with Pepperoni and Seasoned Mozzarella. Too easy and delicious. Almost no clean-up either.

Re: What's for dinner?
Everyone always wants to buy me kitchen items for Christmas...
This year it was Gotham Steel cookware. It was so windy and cold outside tonight I decided to try it on some cubed chicken marinated in garlic and French dressing. It actually performed as advertised. It will be fun to experiment with.

Re: What's for dinner?
Got my parents over for a couple of days, so doing a nice big dinner tonight....
This is the entree: Rice Paper Rolls. Made them myself.... should be a nice starter!
More pictures later of the main, which is going to be a Shahi Paneer (Royal Tofu and Cashews) curry.....

Well, I didnt deviate far from my 'normal'...Smoked Pork Ribs, mac-n-cheese with little bits of beef sausage mixed it for good measure.
