Around here, 9 out of 10 times kids behave that way the parents seem to give all of their attention to their smartphone instead of educating their kids so they learn to focus and be able to figure out things on their own. I've taken the habit of slowing to a crawl the moment I spot such kids when biking around, because they often run onto the street right in front of your wheels (the parents often also step in front of your wheels while intently watching their smartphonerccars4sal wrote:Sheesh, I never knew any kids that bad.
