Kimbrough Clear Wing Purchase
well i randomly stumbled across this on tower
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXS475&P=ML
obviously not terribly vintage, but i wanted a cool looking wing for a couple cars and i gotta say i finally got this wing today and i honestly think its a great wing. Solid construction and pretty thick lexan and flexible. Just wanted to give everyone's a heads up, im sure many have seen it but ive never seen it mentioned here and for that matter, never saw anyone have one here in any pictures.

As do I, up til now I didn't know who made it. They really are nice.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Got one sitting on my Jammin Jay replica ( if you want to see how it looks on an RC10). Proportionally, it fits the car very well.

Got one of those about 2 weeks ago. Having a hard time locating a stock wing for an Ultima, so I figured this one with the side dams cut to match would be close enough!
I will be getting some more!

Ya i've been using those on my pancars for years now. They're about the most sturdy wing you'll EVER find. Its funny you posted it bc i've been thinking about sticking one on here to show you guys.

Academy makes a molded wing for their latest 2wd buggy. I have been shopping for one for my B4, but I can't find Academy parts anywhere.

I thought the molded wing was on their first gen SB 4wd buggy, and first gen Griffin buggy...bngiles wrote:Academy makes a molded wing for their latest 2wd buggy. I have been shopping for one for my B4, but I can't find Academy parts anywhere.
Okay, so I was an Academy Team driver back then....hated those wings.
