Any suggestions on improvements, improve the scratches on the alloy, any other alloys bits I could get for it? Worth changing the screws for new stainless steel ones??
Cheers
Daz

I wasn't going to mention the wheel situation but you're right, it definitely needs a matching set, or even a new set, of wheels.Mr. ED wrote:Matching rims for the front and rear are a must... At least matching in colour if you have no other choice.
Definitely keep the best set for the shelf.daz_75 wrote:Got about 100 pairs of wheels so I'll have to dig out the best
The main reason they are on is because they have good tread left and was running it about in the park with my boys
Which orginal parts??Jirka wrote:I wouldn't change a thing, only screw back all the parts that the car originally had. Clean plastic parts, but keep tires dusty, they have the original dust in them.
I have a bit similar Losi XX http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=23418, my old race car and I didn't change nothing since last A-main where I did race my car, even the same battery is in there). I only turn tires to random position (to avoid tires to become "D"), "bump" shocks down and up a few times and turn slipper & Hyrda drive (to give O-rings some "fresch" oil ) and turn diff (to keep it smooth) a few times a year.
