Bump Topic?
How long has this been a feature? I've never noticed it and accidentally bumped my thread. I can't say I noticed anyone else do it either.

Re: Bump Topic?
Bill moved us to a new server yesterday, so there may be some slight changes.
Is there an actual bump button somewhere? I haven't noticed anything....

Re: Bump Topic?
Yes, check a thread you started that isn't at the top of the list, next to subscribe/print/email etc there is "bump topic"
I never noticed it, so I had to try it... lol

Hmm..... I don't know. I don't have it, so I can only assume its because I'm an admin.

Re: Bump Topic?
It's really weird. It rarely shows up for me. In fact I could only see it in one thread I've been in.

Re: Bump Topic?
I tried that "Bump Topic" button and it seemed to work on: "How would You use "Link End Seals (Balloons)"" topic. That topic is now on top of "View active topics" list but last message on that topic is still made by V12 on "28 Oct 2015, 10:54" with this addition: "Last bumped by Jirka on 28 Oct 2015, 10:54."

Re: Bump Topic?
And now "LosiXXkid" did post something new to "How would You use "Link End Seals (Balloons)"" topic and that "Last bumped by Jirka on 28 Oct 2015, 10:54." "did disappear.

Re: Bump Topic?
Alright, I figured it out.
In the ACP there is a post setting called "bump interval" with a drop down box that can be set for basically any time frame. Min, hrs, days.
Bump interval:
Number of minutes, hours or days between the last post to a topic and the ability to bump that topic. Setting the value to 0 disables bumping entirely.
Right now, it's set at 10 days. So any thread (of your own) with a last post 10 days or older will have the bump topic button at the top. I don't know if it's really necessary to have it turned on or not though.
