Back at it in Calgary!

Hey folks!

A few kids on the street (and a dad or two) got into RC cars recently. This sparked my interest again and after a 25 year break I dug up my old RC10 (1984ish) from my parents basement. I picked up a battery pack and charger and it's going like hell again! Forgot how much fun it is! We actually got some parents together and built a track in a nearby field where we gather weekly for races.
I'm looking to restore and modernize my RC10 over the next year and will have lots of questions so please bare with me! I've done lots of reading on this site and others and have learned a lot so far but there is so much information out there!

Welcome to the forum from a fellow Albertan (Edmonton)! It feels great to re-kindle that old RC interest, doesn't it?

Cool. great to have another person from Calgary. WE have a few on RC10talk. VintageAE (Anthony), Stulec52 (Stu) DiamondDave (Dave) squrrelnutz (Tree) sp? and myself Rod. There may be more that I do not know of?

The more the merrier. Welcome to the forum.

There are many more of us in Calgary than what is represented here.
