Here is my Vintageracer, It is a Kyosho Ultima with an A&L gearbox and some hop-ups. The whole koncept was stolen/ inspired from another thread in this forum  the car is great but the driver not so much. More pictures to come :D

Fixed it, found the "L" and the bracket and moved it home hahaha

Love the Outrage bodies on the racers. They look killer, especially considering how they look on an Outrage!

Ha ha yes Richierich you are correct sir It is a blueprint of your car. And thank you Gomach for helping a computernoob.. :D
I have some ideas to develop the plattform after some races, change the chassis and topplate to the lighter mark 1 chassis.
New bellcranks and Triumph wishbones for smoother steering and lower weight. I will post pictures when it is finished

Work in progress, the car is very light comparable to a Tamiya Hornet. Just changing gearbox from orginal to A&L saves
a lot of weight. Changing rear arms from Ultima pro to Triumph saves some unsprung weight. I really think this is improving
handling and acceleration. We usually drive on carpet indoors on tight tracks. Rc10 dominates but i'll stick to my ole Ultima. It is quite a blast to build rebuild and improve :D

Have you thought about changing the servo direction? I did I for my build. I think one or two may have done the same with the aluminum chassis. I think it does help move a little more weight slightly forward and make more room on the chassis.

use the outrage bellcrank arm to turn it? IIRC the one top piece is all you would need

I used Lazer ZX5 bellcrank parts. I didn't even think of using Outrage parts. At first glance, that solution may work too.

Yes i have thougt about changing servo position but using very small low-profile servo made me think that would be no weightshift forward.
I do use small racinggear like savöx servos and LRP brushless esc, for yes keeping weight low. Blue bellcranks for Lazer ordered.
The car is heavily understeered and in the last race i had to put ledweights in the front ( about 100 grams) just to have any steering. This is probably due to changing batteryposition and some sort of weightshift is a must. Lightening the rear end is a first step. A smaller Lipobattery is also on the wishlist :D
