just picked this up,given it a quick clean up went to fit a std body that came with another car and found it wouldnt fit over the rear shock tower i thought it was a late edinger or earlier cadillac (from reading the 25 year thread) front and rear shock towers are thicker than my other goldpan and have a sharper feel to them is this an aftermarket shock tower or one that requires another body? also ive seen this front bumper before is it std?
what Rod said. Also, something is going on with the rear suspension, or it's the picture; it's seems you have some pretty good sag back there. fully loaded, with suspension neutral(bounce up and down a few times to settle) the rear arms should be close to parallel with ground. maybe the shock shafts are short, or there is too many limiters/wrong size?
yes just looked again and youre right its crazy low on the backend, ide just stripped it cleaned it and put it back in the box,ill strip the rear shocks and see whats going on,thanks.
Having a brain storm here. Can anybody compare zx5 arms to optima mid arms, or zx arms? ZX5 parts are cheap, and they would look cool on a mid. Unfortunately,, I aint got zx5 parts on hand anymore.
Thanks!

I have tried zx5 arms on my mid if you have read my blog . While its entirely possible to fit them , the problem is after you add so many spacers, the hingepins bend easily. By contrast, with original arms or lazer zx arms, i dont bend any...
Wouldn't it be nice if there was one big parts list with all the old stuff listed on it? (except xx4 and street weapon) I thought it would be nice.
So I spent down time at work compiling all the part numbers and descriptions I could find. It is now...
I have a few T3 runners so I have collected quite a few parts of the years. My daughter is getting to the age where I thought I'd put a truck together for her too. After digging thru my stuff I discovered I have enough parts to build a truck with...

Cool build you've got. I've become a big fan of the T3/B2/3 series over the past year. I am nearly done with my T3, and currently working on my B3.
That's nice! I believe you picked up a B3 from me in 2021. My all new build I did similar to my T3...
These look to be pretty much finished now. Will work on getting more product pictures soon. Right now just have final prints of the versions without the wire clip. Then more pictures and get them up on the store.
I have now tested on 3 different...

Hi all. I don't have a RC10 yet, but did race one back around 95. I cannot believe it, but I gave away a nearly complete RPM worlds car (plastic chassis and all) back then. Anyway, I have decided to restore to runner status everything I still have,...

I recently aquired a set of 2.2 buggy rear wheels, they fit vintage Rc10 rear perfectly, so I assume they were made specific for the RC10? I would like to use them, they are NIP, but no inventory/mfg card, so I have no idea who made them, they are a...

Also, that Pro-x is killer!
Thank you Reggie! This car was resurected from a $35 ebay basket case. These are the original rims which were near perfect after removing the paint. I actually have a repop Pro-X shell to put on it but The paint...
