Hi from Germany
Hello everyone,
just joined this forum to get some insight and share my progress of a Schumacher ProCat restauration...
I've been in the hobby for a while, started at the age of 13 with a brand new Tamiya Super Champ and soon got into racing with anything one had to have these days... But after a Hirobo Zerda with a Petermann setup, RC 10, Kyosho Turbo Optima Mid, PB Mini Mustang (why did I sell this one????) and many different Yokomos, real cars and girls seemed to be more appealing.
Nearly 30 years later, various crawlers and scalers showed up in my newly opened man cave and some re-re Tamiyas got some modern touches. I'm not too much into driving the cars anymore, I like building and modifying them and vintage stuff was never on the list.
Until a few weeks ago, when I bought a Schumacher ProCat in decent shape for just 20 Euro.
So, here I am, will post a few pics soon and hope I can turn the Cat into a runner again.

Re: Hi from Germany
Welcome to the forum! A Cat for 20 Euro?? Awesome...if there's one vintage car I hope to have the (cheap) opportunity to build someday, it's a Schumacher Cat...I was always fond of their design. Looking forward to the resto project.

Re: Hi from Germany
This kind of reminds me of at work when someone hits "reply all" and then everyone "replies all" telling them not to "reply all". It's quite a bit of fun.
Anyhow....
Welcome, aircooled!
