1st off nice work. This is on my list of replicas as well. Tell me about the wing. Did you use flat lexan stock and bend it yourself? What thickness stock if so?

For the wing i used a vintage Bud’s Wing #5235 trimmed down. I’ve posted a photo of the full version below. The wing is made from stiff plastic and it's thicker than most modern wings. After trimming the wing, I notched the sides to get a slight bend before gluing. For glue I used poly zap. I would like to find a glue that sets up better without the “cloudy” result. I’m fine with it for now, and I have other NOS wings if I want to try again.
