Green and Gold Anodized Aluminum Bling Bling
This is my RC10 I got built a few months ago before I was a member of this awesome forum. Like most of us I was into the hobby back when I bought my first RC10 in the 80's and recently got bit by the RC10 bug bigtime the beginning of this year. All my builds are just shelf queens and just enjoy looking at them.
This is and all green and gold aluminum build:
all parts were stripped and anodized green or gold
re re chassis
Atlas arms front and rear
Pargu wing and wheels
Jconcept turnbuckles and shock towers
RPM ball cups and solid bellcrank link
Dhawk 6 gear case and bulkhead and arm mounts, etc
custom painted body with boxart theme painted Tamiya metallic green with matching driver

Jeez Louise, this is a stunner. Puts my green/gold/white to shame.

Re: Green and Gold Anodized Aluminum Bling Bling
You could do up a Green Goblin (lobbing pumkin bombs) themed spare body to swap out every once in a while to mix it up. But only if you are into that sort of theme.
But what you have here is perfect. I especially like the bare aluminum reveal on the chamfered trans edges. Nice touch.
