Cheers Ross, I'm just building a YZ-2 so will finish this in a week or two
As for chassis stiffner I was hoping not to run one as I don't like the look of them, I haven't cut it too low so should be ok

Does anyone know the part number for these long Phillips head screws??

These go through the steering bell cranks

She is ready to race once more!
Really enjoyed the white update to the car, carried out quite a few set up changes and fresh plastics etc so looking forward to seeing how it runs next week!

Looks real good but why not attaching the ball studs/cups on the rear of the front c-hubs? Looks like you could limit the down shock travel the way it is now?

Looking good, nice to see a tidy RC10 with the right updates.. What oil are you running? I see you're on blue front and silver rear springs.. I'm swapping from green all round to those now, Do you notice avid change in handling with the front weight? I was thinking of running one to help the balance..

Hi Matt, thanks for the comments, yes I'm really pleased with how its turned out and how well it ran on carpet
As for set up this is what I am running
Weight 30g on the front bulkhead
Lead under shorty lipo
Shocks
Front #3 pistons 600cst (42.5/45wt) Oil, Blue spring
Rear # 1 pistons 35wt losi oil, silver spring (with a coil cut off)
Long rear link, kit front
18mm ride height (I had to remove the front spring collars to get it this low)
B4 30deg caster blocks
To answer your question, yes the nose weight helped a lot for the high grip tracks, helps with low and high speed turn in, I just made my ones up from some lead sheeting and covered it in carbon tape, I used the front body mount hole to bolt the lead to the bulkhead
Good luck with your car

Re: First RC10 Team, it's going to be a racer!
Time for an update on my racer, just fitted a 50g nose weight from a guy on Oople called Slinga

Next up big bore spring conversion, Core collars are available from Schumacher Racing, I'm using Yokoko front springs and AE rear springs with B5 spring cups, pictures speak for themselves ;
