I picked up a B2 and T2 for the VONATS this year. The B2 was absolutely pristine (all original B2 parts, no B3 at all) and needs very little to run (wing mount and wing). The T2 had a mishmash of slipper parts (T2 and T3). So I am wondering if the B2/B3/T3 slipper will hold the power of a 17.5 brushless setup or should I go with a B4 top shaft and put on the usual B4 slipper setup.
Also, what is a good starting setup for each vehicle including gearing? The B2 has green front and silver rear springs and the T2 has green springs all around. Wanted to get an idea before I place orders on what I need.

Re: B2 and T2 setups and slippers
The slippers are fine in b2 and b3/t3. The t3 is a larger setup so its slightlysmoother and finer adjustment range.
I'd suggest pulling the manuals from associated site and starting with the factory setup.
